- Order data: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, items purchased, order amount.
- Payment data: processed directly by Shopify Payments and Stripe - we never store card details on our servers.
- App account data: email address, password (hashed), onboarding preferences, training plan assignment, and usage activity within the companion app. Managed via Supabase.
- Subscription data: billing cycle, subscription status, and payment history for app subscriptions. Processed by Stripe.
- Contact / waitlist data: email, name, and message content when you reach out via the contact form or join the waitlist.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, time on site. Collected via cookies and analytics.
3. Why we collect it
- To fulfill orders: process payments, ship products, manage returns, and provide customer support.
- To operate the companion app: authenticate users, deliver training content, manage subscriptions, and personalize the experience.
- Legal compliance: tax reporting, invoicing, and consumer protection.
- Security and fraud prevention: protect the site, the app, and our customers from abuse.
- Marketing (with your consent): waitlist updates, product launches, and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the business:
- Shopify Inc. - e-commerce platform and payment processing for product orders.
- Stripe Inc. - payment processing for app subscriptions.
- Supabase Inc. - app authentication, user database, and backend services.
- Vercel Inc. - website and app hosting.
- Resend - transactional email delivery.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) - order delivery.
- Tax / accounting providers as required by US federal and state law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and invoicing data: 7 years (IRS recordkeeping requirement).
- App account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Customer support communications: 3 years.
- Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized after 14 months.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).

- Delete your app account at any time from the app settings.
