All purchases of REYBANDZ products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than the exceptions listed below.
Please review the product details, specifications, and policies carefully before placing your order.
2. Exceptions - defective, damaged, or incorrect products
We stand behind the quality of what we make. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund - at your choice.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reybandz.com.
- Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
- We respond within 2 business days with resolution instructions.
We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
3. Warranty claims (beyond 48 hours)
Beyond the 48-hour window, REYBANDZ products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage from improper use. To make a warranty claim, email support@reybandz.com with your order number and documentation of the defect. See our Terms & Conditions for the full warranty terms.
4. App subscription refunds
App subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
5. Order cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at support@reybandz.com within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it falls under the all-sales-final policy. We are not able to issue refunds in these cases. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
